Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

By using the AlbiMichi app or AlbiMichi.com (together, "AlbiMichi"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use AlbiMichi.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account, and you're responsible for keeping it secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use AlbiMichi.

Acceptable use

Keep it friendly. When using AlbiMichi, you agree not to:

• use an offensive, abusive, or inappropriate display name;
• create or share a Postcard or other content that is offensive, abusive, or inappropriate;
• harass, impersonate, or harm other players;
• attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit AlbiMichi.

We may review reported content and, at our discretion, hide a name or Postcard, or suspend or remove an account, for violating these Terms.

Your content

You keep any rights to content you create, such as your Postcard design. By choosing to share it (for example, via the leaderboards), you allow other players to view it within AlbiMichi.

Our content

AlbiMichi's characters, artwork, branding, and code belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, redistribute, or use them outside the app without permission.

Service availability

AlbiMichi is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change or be discontinued over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of AlbiMichi, including loss of game progress.

Ending your account

You can stop using AlbiMichi and delete your account at any time from AlbiMichi.com → Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we do, and continuing to use AlbiMichi after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
